Sorbet is great! I’m thinking about changing theme…

  2. Thiago

I think Sorbet will be a success! Now I do not need a Tumblr. Just one thing: Sorbet has no “related posts”. I like it this way, but some people could use this feature.

    These are really great! :D

  4. Kojiki

    Great themes!

Hello – I have a question not sure who to ask. I’m thinking about migrating my WordPress.com blog to WordPress.org to take advantage of more plug-ins and advertising. I would like to take my theme with me when I make the move. My theme is called The Blix Theme. http://www.FreshFoodinaFlash.com. Can I do this and how do I do that? Thanks for your response. Patricia Rose

Hi Patricia, there are a few ways to move your site to a self-hosted WordPress.org installation, which are outlined in our support document.

Blix is available for WordPress.org, although it hasn’t been updated in a long time so it may not work properly with the latest version of WordPress. It would probably be a good idea to look for a newer theme which has been tested with the latest version of WordPress.

If you need help with anything else, feel free to post in either the WordPress.com support forums or the WordPress.org forums, depending on the focus of your question. Good luck!

  9. Faith Raider

Oh – Sorbet is just gorgeous!! What beautiful work.

  10. Russian Universe

    I really like Ampersand!

  11. Grow360

Oh my…why do you guys keep doing this? LOL… I just switched over to the twenty-fourteen theme for my mag blog and now, Outspoken is looking so tempting…hmm…to switch or not to switch?

  12. litadoolan

Outspoken looks bright shiny and I am highly tempted!

  13. fortunenatus

I thank you guys for this beautiful job.

I agree that Sorbet really stands out, looking fresh and very “2014″. Certainly a #freemium theme, I’d say.

  15. skipper

I’m in love with Studio. Very sleek +_+

  16. gavinslavin111

    Might get Sorbet.

  17. Paula

Sorbet has (almost!) everything I was looking for in a theme, thank you ever so much! Very beautiful!

  18. catezapp

Fantastic themes! I would like to see a free theme like Studio.

  19. Deli Lanoux, Ed.D.

Studio is stunning with endless possibilities. Yay!

  20. Andrew

    Studio looks really nice.

  21. Sk Palash

Beautiful themes, and really nice job guys.

I’m now using Sorbet on my personal blog at http://thistimethisspace.com. I took the huge step of converting all of my categories to tags very reluctantly. I noticed that Syntax which I also love has the same thing ie. Tags but not Categories. I hope that tags only and no categories is not a trend.

  23. narami

Trying to add a custom background to Sorbet: all the text in the sidebar gets impossible to read, is that the way it is designed? I think it needs to have a solid white background marking the sidebar zone as in the posts section.

  24. jayantadeepa

I am struggling to find a good free theme that will be faster to load and has good basic features. Can you suggest one to me?

  25. casagan

Studio looks great. Another theme switch! :)

  26. marichulambino

I’m using Sorbet and customized it with headstand photos in the background and header. Very colorful! Will use it and alternate it with minimalist themes.

Studio is lovely! Thanks for sharing Caroline.
